Delivery Policy

  • Within Tbilisi: same day.
  • In regions: within 1-3 business days.

  • The courier is authorized to verify the customer’s age.

Age Restriction

FOGGY products are intended only for users aged 18+.

By placing an order, the customer confirms they are of legal age. The company is authorized to refuse delivery if the customer cannot confirm their age.

Cancellation Policy

A customer may cancel an order only if it has not yet been handed over to a courier. If the order has already been processed or is in transit, cancellation may not be possible.

FOGGY reserves the right to cancel an order in the following cases:

  • Technical issue
  • Suspicious or fake order
  • Violation of age restriction

Return & Refund Policy

Due to hygiene and safety standards, used vape/nicotine products are not accepted for return.

Returns are possible only if:

  • The customer received a damaged product
  • The delivered product does not match the order
  • A factory defect was identified

The issue must be reported within a maximum of 24 hours after receipt. Refunds are issued within 1-7 business days after case approval.
